This course gives deep insights in the Concept of Biological Bone Augmentation (BBA) with pure autogenous bone and tissue and is addressed to all clinicians who have already own experience in augmentation techniques. Clear guidelines for the use of autogenous bone harvesting and augmentation techniques in order to achieve predicable results will be provided as well as reliable techniques in complication treatment.

In recent years, the rise of digital technologies such as Cone Beam CT, Intraoral Scanning and Rapid Prototyping and their implementation into everyday Dentistry, has led Prosthodontics into a new era .Particularly in the field of Implant Prosthodontics, it is now possible to complete the restoration following a full digital workflow without the need for a physical stone or plastic cast. The increase in IOS accuracy, the advent of new aesthetic monolithic materials and their improved production methods has allowed dentists to realize a Scan-Plan-Produce-Fit workflow that promises shorter and fewer clinical and laboratory steps, increased aesthetics, greater patient acceptance and thus greater overall treatment efficiency. This two-day course will focus on this particular workflow, discuss its advantages and disadvantages and ultimately answer the question in hand, Is modern Prosthodontics going through a paradigm shift?

The all-on-4 concept of placing 4 well distributed implants to support a fixed full arch screw retained prosthesis is well documented and accepted as an implant treatment modality. This unedited live surgery webinar will show the surgery of placing 4 implants in the maxilla and 4 implants in the mandible with a good primary stability - insertion torque of >45Ncm and in a reasonable A-P (anterior – posterior) spread to support a fixed retained prosthesis. Transmucosal multi-unit type abutments will be placed at the time of surgery and torqued to 45Ncm. Upper and lower full arch abutment level silicone impressions will be taken for immediate loading with screw retained prostheses.

Impacted teeth are one of the most common reasons for surgical treatments in everyday dental practice. The main aim of the webinar is to familiarize general dentists with the basic principles of surgical management of impacted teeth. Reference is made to the anatomy of the area of interest and to the assessment of the surgical difficulty of an impacted tooth. There are also bibliographical references presented regarding frequent dilemmas that dentists face on this subject daily. A number of clinical cases are also presented that provide clinical tips to those who are dealing with such cases in their clinical practice. Finally, reference is made to intraoperative and postoperative complications and ways to avoid them.
