Healthy Minds for professionals

Healthy Minds tackles issues around low self-esteem, isolation, stress and anxiety. It encourages use of positive strategies for dealing with change, managing deafness, developing confidence and building social skills. During this training, you will learn how to effectively use our Healthy Minds resource. You will have opportunities to try these techniques and methods, whilst sharing ideas with others. Youll leave feeling inspired and confident to encourage deaf children and young people to explore ideas and create strategies to prevent low self-esteem and poor mental health.
