About the CPD Course
This course will enable food handlers to understand key food safety controls and hygiene standards and will support a food business meet their legal requirements to demonstrate food safety training. The course covers food contamination, food poisoning, bacterial growth and multiplication, safe food handling, requirements for a food premises, food allergens, cleaning, food safety law and enforcement. The course consists of 8 modules and there is an end of course assessment consisting of 20 multiple choice questions. NCASS training courses are expertly designed, reviewed by regulatory experts, and receive assurance through the Primary Authority Partnership Scheme.
