About the CPD Course

This course has been developed following the impact of Awwab’s Law on the social housing and private rented sector. Landlords are now compelled, by law, to fix their homes within strict time limits, including damp and mould issues, and this is being monitored by the Government’s Department, the Regulator of Social Housing, and the Housing Ombudsman. The course will inform tenants, to raise their awareness of damp and mould properties in their homes.
