About the CPD Course
The training will convey through a series of lectures, examples, illustrations, videos and practical demonstrations the advanced concepts of CIP and how to Optimize, Verify and Validate a CIP system to improve control, traceability and operational efficiency while enhancing food safety and reducing the environmental footprint. Information will be presented in short intervals with an emphasis on appealing to a variety of learning styles. Knowledge transfer and understanding will be continuously addressed through open questioning, discussions and 1,1 to engagement with the learners. A knowledge assessment will be included, and feedback provided at the end of the course.
