OPDC Leadership Development Programme

This award-winning programme provides people managers with high performance leadership and influencing skills to complement their technical skills. This learning journey. builds emotional intelligence, provides a ‘toolkit’ of day-to-day, leadership and influencing behaviours, and provides models for being highly effective in more complex business activities including negotiation, consulting, leading people through change and making compelling proposals. For every learning topic, each delegate practices on their own ‘real and live’ problems, dilemmas and opportunities – this makes the learning immediately actionable.
