OTT is a Southern-led global consultancy and platform for change. We support and strengthen the work of research organisations, foundations, governments and non-governmental organisations in support of better-informed decision making. Our consultancy work focuses on developing specific solutions to specific challenges. With services spanning research, learning facilitation, strategy and evaluation, we help organisations to drive evidence-informed change. Through the On Think Tanks platform, we build and nurture a global community of people working in, with, and funding think tanks. We create the space to learn, imagine, connect and take action.
