About the CPD Course
Critical Incident training, incorporating Golden Hour principles and the National Decision Model is aimed at introducing delegates to the concept of a critical incident and how to manage such incidents should be from the outset. It will enable them to view and manage such incidents with a broader perspective, having regard to the welfare of complainants, and to protect their own professional reputation, that of their team and their organisation. It is aimed at executive teams, managers and other employees who may be involved in the management of sensitive incidents or investigations within their organisation.
