We investigate the real meaning of empathy. We investigate why it matters to use empathy in our work as leaders and challenges met when implementing it at work. We then turn our focus to practical steps that we can take to build our empathy levels. We conclude the session by exploring practical strategies to implement a more empathetic approach in leadership.
