ISO 20121 is the global standard for a sustainable event and is suitable for the global event supply chain including SMEs. The aim of this course is to provide the knowledge required to understand how to implement the management system in accordance with ISO 20121. This self paced learning experience includes toolkits, checklists, reading materials and other resources.
