This workshop is designed to give commercial staff the tools and techniques with which to effectively manage variations in the workplace. The format is highly interactive and delegates will be asked to work through real scenarios in order to practise their skills. Effective December 2012 a ?3750 fee will be charged per training session for 25 delegates.
