The workshop highlights AI’s growing role in education emphasizing its ability to enhance learning and teacher-student interaction. AI enables personalized and effective education making it crucial for teachers to integrate these technologies into their practices. This two-day training equips participants with essential AI skills. The first day focuses on ChatGPT as a tool for designing interactive and customized learning experiences. The second day explores various AI applications and their educational uses. Teachers will engage in hands-on activities experimenting with AI tools to create learning resources and plan interactive classroom sessions.

The training program focuses on empowering trainees to design student-cantered learning aligned with 21st-century needs. It highlights the importance of assessment in improving teaching and learning, exploring various assessment strategies and tools. Trainees will learn to plan assessments that align with objectives and gather authentic evidence of learning. The program emphasizes practical, hands-on activities, including case studies and group discussions, encouraging critical thinking and peer knowledge sharing. Through these activities, trainees will reflect on and develop professional practices while using assessment results to enhance learning outcomes.

This training workshop has been designed to meet teachers’ needs in light of the transformations taking place in the learning and teaching process where teaching and learning occurs through engaging activities. Participants will analyse educational scenarios, learn how to evaluate cooperative learning, and apply their new knowledge to design a comprehensive cooperative learning lesson. This workshop prepares educators to create engaging, skill-building learning environments.

Therefore, this workshop aims to introduce participants to the concept of learning through play and its importance in developing children's life skills, which contribute to their comprehensive growth.

This workshop emphasizes the significance of project-based learning (PBL) in connecting education with real-life applications amidst the rapid changes of the 21st century. It aims to raise participants' awareness of PBL's role in enhancing students' higher order thinking skills, enabling them to address real-world challenges within a knowledge. PBL fosters student engagement, interaction, and effective knowledge application. The workshop positions teachers as educational designers, equipping participants with tools and techniques to manage PBL and create environments that promote creativity, innovation, and critical thinking. It also underscores the importance of community involvement in enriching students' understanding of PBL and real-life problem-solving.

This workshop helps English language teachers improve students' public speaking skills by addressing linguistic (pronunciation, intonation) and non-linguistic subskills (confidence, body language, audience awareness). It integrates active listening to enhance responsiveness and fluency techniques for persuasive communication. Public speaking, a vital leadership skill, empowers students to inspire others.
