An online presented Workshop/webinar, which covers the advanced features of Summarizing Electronic Patient Records. You will learn how to pick out the salient points and important medical history to be recorded, and the process for doing so. This course also covers Cancer and Morphology coding, along with guidance on all other aspects of the patients medical history as per NHS Guidance. This course is also useful for anyone already summarising who has been self-taught, and will give delegates an opportunity to speak to a very experienced Trainer in the field of Summarizing in General Practice.

An online presented Webinar/or individual e-learning which covers the basic to intermediate theory of Electronic Patient Note Summarising. You will learn how to pick out the salient points and important medical history to be recorded, and the process for doing so. This course does not cover Cancer coding, as this is a more advanced course, but is useful for anyone already summarising who has been self-taught, or anyone beginning to learn how to summarise a patients notes.

An online presented Workshop/or individual e-learning which covers the basic to intermediate theory of Medical Terminology and the human Body Systems. You will learn how medical words are broken down to explain which part of the body they relate to, and how to assess the importance according to the meaning. If you are already familiar with Medical Terminology this course will reinforce your understanding and take you further into your understanding of medical terms in relation to the body.

An online presented Webinar/or individual e-learning which covers the history of Read Codes and why there has been a change to Snomed CT within the UK and abroad. This course will show the Read hierarchy and then compare to the Snomed hierarchy, also giving the delegate links to useful sites online which will assist them in the future.

An online presented Training Workshop which covers how to utilise Social Media to the benefit of your target audience, i.e. patients. Users will receive support and advice, and can opt in to a managed service which Redmoor will monitor and assist with, helping delegates to build and monitor their Social Media campaigns and pages.

An online presented Webinar/or individual e-learning which covers the more advanced uses of Teams and Office 365. Looking at the use of adding Apps into Teams, channels and developing forms and polls and how to use and understand RSS Feeds This course will enable the user to become more confident and effective in the use of Microsoft Office 365 in conjunction with Teams There will also be links to useful sites online which will assist them in the future.

An online presented Workshop to cover the basics of using Office 365 and Teams. This Workshop will enable the learner to confidently begin to use 365 and Teams in the work or home environment. If you are familiar with 365 and Teams at an intermediate level, this Workshop will take you further into the options available.
