Investigations Management

The aim of the course is to provide candidates with the knowledge, understanding and skills to enable them to plan and conduct professional investigative interviews in a fair and effective manner. A variety of approaches will be introduced including interviewing compliant and non-compliant interviewees, conversation management and the PEACE model.

Listen Up – Whistleblowing for Managers training provides people managers with the confidence and knowledge to respond effectively when employees raise whistleblowing concerns. This course will equip managers with knowledge of their organisation’s legal obligations, an understanding of why whistleblowing is important, and practical advice on how to encourage people to speak up about their concerns, how to respond, and what action to take. This course can be delivered face-to-face or remotely. Class sizes will be small to facilitate interaction between the trainer and delegates.

Tackling Sexual Harassment training equips people managers with the confidence and knowledge to prevent sexual harassment and respond effectively to sexual harassment reports. This course will equip managers with knowledge of UK legislation, an understanding of what sexual harassment is, and the risk factors. It includes practical advice on how managers can create a safe and respectful team culture, how they can encourage people to speak up about sexual harassment, how to respond sensitively, and what action to take.
