Listen Up – Whistleblowing for Managers

To provide candidates with the knowledge, understanding and skills to enable them to assess plan, manage and investigate a wide variety of complaints. This course will take them through the journey of an investigation from the initial receipt of a complaint / allegation through its investigation culminating in the final report.

The aim of the course is to provide candidates with the knowledge, understanding and skills to enable them to plan and conduct professional investigative interviews in a fair and effective manner. A variety of approaches will be introduced including interviewing compliant and non-compliant interviewees, conversation management and the PEACE model.

Tackling Sexual Harassment training equips people managers with the confidence and knowledge to prevent sexual harassment and respond effectively to sexual harassment reports. This course will equip managers with knowledge of UK legislation, an understanding of what sexual harassment is, and the risk factors. It includes practical advice on how managers can create a safe and respectful team culture, how they can encourage people to speak up about sexual harassment, how to respond sensitively, and what action to take. This course can be delivered face-to-face or remotely. Class sizes are small to facilitate interaction between the trainer and delegates.
