About the CPD Course
Listen Up – Whistleblowing for Managers training provides people managers with the confidence and knowledge to respond effectively when employees raise whistleblowing concerns. This course will equip managers with knowledge of their organisation’s legal obligations, an understanding of why whistleblowing is important, and practical advice on how to encourage people to speak up about their concerns, how to respond, and what action to take. This course can be delivered face-to-face or remotely. Class sizes will be small to facilitate interaction between the trainer and delegates.
