About the CPD Course
When things go wrong in a healthcare setting it is important to find out why. This course will demonstrate how an investigation should be structured and carried out. Delegates will learn the principles of planning an investigation, recovering evidence and interviewing witnesses. Incorporated in the learning is adopting a root cause analysis approach to finding out what happened.
