Recruiting, Managing and Supporting Deaf Staff

This online course is designed for those responsible for recruiting, managing and supporting people who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus in the workplace. It provides the tools, knowledge and resources to ensure people are supported at work. Topics include - hearing loss at work, the Equality Act 2010 and the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 in Northern Ireland, talking about hearing loss at work, how to make the workplace accessible and inclusive recruitment. The course includes video clips, receptive skills and quizzes. Delegates will leave equipped with the knowledge and skills to make their teams and organisations more inclusive.
