Sirdar Applied Directorship Programme.

The Sirdar Applied Directorship Programme is a comprehensive, eleven-month programme that includes all styles of learning with a particular focus on ensuring participants develop practical experience of what it means to be a high-performance director on a high-performance board. The programme includes eight simulated board meetings (covering the themes of strategy, organisational culture, leadership and performance, stakeholder engagement, shareholder returns, risk governance, financial results and ongoing evaluation and improvement) videos, audio presentations, readings and written self-reflection exercises. During board meetings in modules three to ten, each participant will have the opportunity to chair the meeting and take minutes at least once.
