“Alpha Leader” workshop

When faced with a decision it's essential to evaluate the situation. Some individuals are excessively cautious expending resources to guard against improbable outcomes. Others are overly confident underestimating potential results. Some are highly impressionable letting past events shape their current beliefs about possibilities. This workshop focuses on decision-making strategies across three key areas. Firstly it will address how to prepare oneself before making a decision. Secondly it will provide tools for effective decision-making and problem-solving. Finally it will explore how to make decisions confidently.

The workshop looks at communication skills not as separate elements of the communication system but as concrete tools need to be developed for reaching specific results in the workplace and solving common communication challenges that happen in most organizations e.g. presenting yourself professionally, maintaining good and trustful relationships, delivering thoughts and ideas effectively, handling stressful situations. We aim to create scenarios and situations that are similar to common workplace daily problems. This ensures that participants are learning communication skills and can develop and practice them in situations they are likely to encounter in their daily work right after the training.

The goal of the course is to provide participants with in-depth and hands-on negotiation tactics that exceed standard methods. This course aims to improve participants' skills in preparing, conducting, and concluding intricate negotiations by concentrating on mutual interests instead of stances. By combining theoretical frameworks, emotional awareness, and hands-on strategies, individuals will gain the ability to handle difficult negotiation situations, promote fair results, and cultivate enduring professional connections.
