Workshop 1 4D® methodology and DIAGNOSE

This virtual workshop is designed for nurses and offers an in-depth exploration of the Soar Beyond 4D methodology, focusing on diagnostic sessions. Participants will engage with Insights® Discovery, fostering self-awareness and understanding of others. The workshop guides nurses in exploring their preferred leadership styles, providing valuable insights into their unique strengths and areas for development. Additionally, nurses will learn to adapt and flex their leadership styles to meet the diverse needs of their teams and patients. This training aims to enhance leadership capabilities, improve team dynamics, and elevate patient care quality.

This is workshop 3 of a virtual 6-part workshop, tailored for nurses, provides a comprehensive overview of the Soar Beyond 4D methodology with a focus on diagnostic sessions. This workshop will equip nurses to complete the DIAGNOSE stage by gathering and analysing data, engaging stakeholders, and conducting root cause analysis. They will learn to set SMART goals and define success metrics to measure outcomes. Using Agile methodology and project management tools, the workshop will focus on effective DELIVERY through clear communication, risk management, quality assurance, and training, ensuring efficient implementation and continuous improvement.

This is workshop 4 of a virtual 6-part workshop, tailored for nurses, provides a comprehensive overview of the Soar Beyond 4D methodology with a focus on influencing and negotiating. This workshop will empower nurses to recognise their own assertiveness in influencing and negotiating, while also teaching them how to compassionately deliver challenging messages to patients. Participants will learn techniques to enhance clear communication and adapt their communication styles to select the most effective approach. As a result, nurses will be better equipped to structure negotiations and prepare for successful outcomes in the future.

This is workshop 5 of a virtual 6-part workshop, tailored for nurses, provides a comprehensive overview of the Soar Beyond 4D methodology. This workshop will allow nurses to revisit the initial case study from Workshop 1, applying the 4D methodology tools they’ve learned. Participants will focus on the DELIVERY phase, sharing insights and best practices to enhance their clinical skills. The session will also emphasize the DEMONSTRATE segment, providing opportunities for practical application and skill demonstration. Through collaborative exercises, nurses will strengthen their understanding, build confidence, and improve their ability to implement these methods in real-world healthcare scenarios.
