Neurodiversity Awareness

Training Course

About the CPD Course

This highly interactive course is designed for all staff, including managers, HR professionals and employees at every level, and stands out through its activity-based approach. Rather than focusing on theory alone, participants engage in practical exercises, real-world scenarios and reflective discussions that bring neurodiversity to life. The course explores how workplace systems, language and environments can create barriers, while challenging common assumptions. Participants will apply their learning directly to their own roles, developing realistic, inclusive strategies that improve communication, job design, and organisational practice, supporting a workplace where everyone, particularly neurodivergent individuals, can thrive.
