Menopause Ambassador Course

This is a 90-minute course to highlight the importance of why staff wellbeing in the education sector is important, and we introduce the importance of balancing demands against resources and offer 6 steps to wellbeing.

This is a 2 hour interactive and reflective workshop aimed at senior leaders to explore the unique role they play. It examines the hidden pressures and expectations of the role and how that impacts on wellbeing. The workshop looks at the importance of intentional wellbeing and offers a hot of tools and strategies to help leaders to feel well and stay well to ensure a sustainable career.

In this 60-minute menopause awareness workshop we will cover the stages symptoms and routes to managing symptoms of menopause. The course aims to normalise discussions around menopause whilst at the same time not normalising any suffering. Through ongoing conversations such as these we can start to encourage a more menopause friendly environment both at home and at work – where women feel comfortable talking about how it is affecting them without any shame or embarrassment, know where to go for advice and support, and others feel able to give that support. This course is suitable for everyone and will help improve staff wellbeing.

Learning to manage stress can be beneficial to both physical and mental health. In this interactive workshop staff will gain a better understanding of stress, explore their own stress response and learn practical ways to reduce stress and improve their wellbeing through the exploration of simple but powerful mindfulness exercises. This session is suitable for all staff in an organisation. The Still Human MIND less FULL workshop is delivered with science-backed expertise to inspire positive change. The workshop will use evidence-based theory to inform participants about human behaviour and the importance of health and wellbeing.

Rest isn’t something that should just happen during school holidays. Nor should it be something we try to cram into a hectic Sunday before the school week begins again. Dedicated downtime is vital to human health. In this workshop, we focus on rest and the essential role it plays in our overall wellbeing, spotlighting its ability to improve concentration, creativity and productivity. We’ll learn about different types of rest, rest deficits and ways to achieve more of it (even on a workday.) We’ll also take a closer look at sleep and ways to get a better night’s sleep.
