Stonewall, in partnership with Young Minds, has developed two e-learning modules - one for staff from secondary schools and colleges and the other for staff from children and young people's services - to help them develop the knowledge, tools and confidence to better support LGBTQ+ young people's mental health and wellbeing. Our e-learning module is packed full of essential information, practical advice, and interactive activities. We've developed specific content for England, Scotland and Wales, and also have a Welsh language version available.

This transformational two-day residential programme is a space to be inspired by the value of authenticity and to explore the power of embracing your identity as part of your leadership practice. We will bring together a group of leaders to explore authentic leadership, with a programme built for and by LGBTQ+ leaders. We will learn from the experiences and expertise of Stonewall’s CEO, Nancy Kelley and Director of Programmes, Liz Ward. This is a unique shared learning space and a brilliant opportunity to build a network of supportive LGBTQ+ leaders. The programme will delve into leadership theory and provide the practical skills to enable you to drive positive change for LGBTQ+ people within your organisation.

LGBT inclusion course for teachers and other education professionals, focusing on how to support a trans young person at school or college, including meeting statutory and legal requirements under the Equality Act 2010 and Ofsted/ISI inspection frameworks. The course equips teachers to train colleagues in their schools or colleges.

As LGBTQ+ leaders, we know the impact our identity has on our leadership. We also often feel a drive to create more inclusive workplaces. Taking place 13-15 November 2024, at Ansty Hall, this programme provides you with a space to nurture your leadership development. It also creates opportunities to consider your power to transform the workplace around you. Developed by and for LGBTQ+ leaders, the programme balances expertise and peer learning to support you and 39 other leaders from different organisations to develop together. You’ll also build a supportive network to continue to collaborate and share opportunities.
