Time to Talk About Race

More people are becoming clear on what constitutes overt racism. However, in our experience, many more, do not understand how they expose ethnic minorities to racism daily through microaggressions. Upon completion of Understanding Microaggressions – the subtle racism, learners gain a thorough education on microaggressions including, their different types, impact, coping methods, how to manage difficult conversations, ways to challenge microaggressions (based on research), how offence can be caused unintentionally, and antiblackness. This course has been created to educate people in the workplace and in their personal lives. It offers learning on the often unspoken, but very pervasive form of racism.

Understanding Sexual Harassment in the Workplace is an interactive course for UK workers providing a comprehensive understanding of sexual harassment its forms and its impact. Through case studies victim accounts and reflective activities participants explore systemic gender discrimination and the challenges of addressing it. The course encourages empathy and allyship enabling learners to support colleagues and contribute to a culture of compassion. It includes 45 minutes of video content activities reflective questions and a multiple-choice assessment taking no more than 10 minutes. By the end learners will be equipped to identify harassment understand its effects and advocate for workplace inclusivity.

Unpacking DEI is a CPD-accredited training course designed to enhance participants’ understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within professional settings. The course examines the impact of language, power, privilege, and systemic bias on workplace culture and equips learners with practical strategies to advance inclusive practice. Through a combination of expert-led instruction, reflective exercises, and real-world case studies, participants develop the confidence and competence to support meaningful, measurable change. This programme is suitable for professionals across all sectors, including HR practitioners, organisational leaders, and DEI working group members, and is grounded in over two decades of consultancy and facilitation experience.
