This is an experiential learning and development program specifically developed for Care Navigators. Delivered via MS Teams supplemented by a WhatsApp community. The course is aligned with local and national frameworks and aims to develop and expand core skills and competencies, within a collaborative peer-learning network. The program offers participants a unique learning opportunity to develop their understanding and skill in listening, communication, self-awareness and wellbeing. In addition to online group sessions, participants will be assigned practice partners, receive a program e-booklet, including core material, practices and assignments and have on-going interaction via WhatsApp.

An innovative leadership development program, designed for line managers in health and social care. Delivered via MS Teams. The program offers further development in core skills & competencies, support people in their personal and professional development and enhance managers skills in their leadership role. We combine practical experience with new thinking and reflection. This approach embeds new thinking in a way that enables participants to relate to themselves, the people around them, and their environment differently. The sessions focus on core competencies such as communication, relatedness, listening, enquiry and collaborative working, blended with developing an effective and innovative management approach.

MDT Leads is an innovative, interactive and experiential leadership program for MDT leads, chairs, lead nurses, and CNSs. Delivered via MS Teams supplemented by a WhatsApp community. The program leads participants – with minimum demand on their time – to establish new thinking and innovative practices for transforming challenging relationships and outcomes in their leadership role and MDTs. The benefits of the program are long-lasting, beyond participation in the program.

A personal and profession learning and development program for MDT healthcare teams. The program offers an ideal environment to transform connection, cohesion, and expand team performance. Six highly interactive online modules of 1.5 hours each, over 12-14 weeks. Delivered via MS Teams. The program is designed to establish new thinking and innovative practices for transforming challenging relationships and outcomes in their leadership role and MDTs.

A support and development program for newly recruited international healthcare professionals offers new thinking, supportive practices, within a peer network and direct involvement from line managers. Through experiential learning, participants will be supported to settle into their new roles and organisations, with opportunities to share, be heard, celebrated, and strengthen their sense of belonging. Wellbeing Matters is an experiential learning and development program for healthcare professionals. Delivered via MS Teams supplemented by a WhatsApp community. The program is designed to increase self-awareness and enable meaningful and effective action to support wellbeing – both our own and others. Themes include, Co-creating context, building a foundation of relatedness, Being human, new possibilities for wellbeing. Reframing vulnerability, The practice of self-compassion, Supporting yourself and others. This program draws on models and practices rooted in narrative methodology and creating protected time to focus, we create a safe space for listening, reflection and learning through peer practice and new thinking.
