About the CPD Course

This trauma informed training is our most comprehensive package. It covers a broad range of information in order to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to understand the landscape of Domestic Abuse and respond appropriately. It empowers participants beyond the scope of a ‘general awareness’ training by encouraging self-reflection and critical thinking as well as providing education that focuses on survivor experience, intersectionality and the impact of trauma.

Trauma Informed GBDV Training

This trauma informed training, part of our ‘Rise for Change’ training programme, focuses specifically on police services provision and provides the skills needed to respond safely to gender based domestic violence (GBDV). We empower attendees to support survivors from the moment of their disclosure of abuse, through to accessing specialist support. Culturally relevant content, practical tools and globally recognised best practice have all been included in the training, with special consideration of the existing demands on police officers and GBDV units.

Workplace Sexual Harassment Prevention
