Passport to Effective Teaching for Fresh Graduate Teachers

The Hybrid Learning Workshop is 3-hours duration. It is intended to give participants a better understanding of how to make a successful transition from face-to-face to Hybrid Learning by introducing them to the different learning models, engaging strategies to enhance learning, the role of the teacher and challenges they may face.

Passport 3, The Key to Professional Writing is one training programme divided into 30 sessions of two-hours duration. It is intended to give administrators the tools and techniques they need to write clear, concise and comprehensible business documents that give readers a good impression of them and their organisation. In order to complete the programme, participants must attend all sessions. The programme will be delivered by an external trainer.

The Passport to Administrative Excellence comprises of a mix of core and optional training courses which are intended to build on existing skills and knowledge of administrators. The participants will have a physical passport document, in which they collect passport stamps for each course attended. Participants retain ownership of the passport as a learning log which they can refer to in the future. To complete the programme, participants must attend 7 core courses and 3 optional. The programme will be delivered by an external trainer. At the end of the programme participants will be awarded with a certificate and gift/reward.

The Training Programme for Administrators comprises of 3 core courses which are intended to build on existing skills and knowledge of administrators. To complete the programme participants must attend the 3 core courses. The 3 core courses will be delivered by an external trainer. At the end of the programme participants will be awarded with a certificate and gift.

This programme will use the existing skills and knowledge of administrators to develop the areas of Critical Thinking & Problem Solving, Professionalism in the workplace, Coping with change in the workplace and Stress management.

The Teaching Enhancement Certificate is a whole-day training course consisting of 4 sessions of 5-hours duration in total. It is intended to give participants a better understanding of 21st century education, active learning, planning and teaching, and reflective practices. In order to complete the course, participants must attend all 4 sessions. The programme will be delivered by an external trainer.
