This session, which is delivered either in person or on Teams, covers the proposed changes to Part L of the Building Regulations as well as the introduction of the Home Energy Model (HEM), which is to replace the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) as the recognised calculation methodology for new build dwellings.
