Menopause Transition Awareness

We have created a suite of e-learning modules to give a foundational knowledge of key DEI topics. The modules each cover key terminology, the barriers that are in the way for certain groups and all conclude with case studies and actions that the participant might take. We adopt a multimedia approach using the written word, videos, diagrams and audio recordings to educate. To work quickly through each module takes about 30-40 minutes, whereas there are plenty of signposts to additional resources so it is easy to disappear down a rabbit hole for much longer if participants want to!

We all have mental health, but often we don’t talk about it, or consider what can impact it, until we face mental health challenges in ourselves, families, or colleagues. Yet being able to talk openly and confidently about mental health is often the first step we need to take to address these problems when they do arise. This workshop is an introduction to promoting mentally healthy workplaces and working practices. Gaining an understanding that resilience is about paying attention to your difficult emotions and embracing mental health can help us support ourselves and each other to thrive in our organisations.

We also provide an extensive handbook with a step-by-step guide to implementing inclusive recruitment in your business, with tips and best practices for every stage. This workshop assumes that those attending already have some DEI knowledge and an understanding of the business imperative for it.

Neurodiversity will exist in your organisation – people’s brains are wired differently. However, many people feel that they can’t talk about their own difference – meaning that they mask, put themselves under pressure and don’t receive the support that they may need. Our journey to a more diverse and inclusive workplace means accommodating and celebrating all kinds of differences. This session will explain the neurodiversity movement and teach about different types of neurodiversity in the workplace - ensuring everyone has the language to be able to communicate with confidence. Understanding neurodiversity can help us support neurodivergent individuals to thrive in our organisations.
