The LSE Automation, From RPA to AI course explores how to take emerging technologies that automate work and deploy them in organisations for superior business value. The course first introduces students to the various automation technologies, before taking a strategic approach to automation deployment and management. Topics students will engage with include understanding the risks, benefits, and challenges involved in automation, as well as the management actions and skills development and deployment necessary for strategic implementation at scale.
