During this workshop we explore how to we can use the internet to find solutions, connect with web chat features and complete online forms and applications. We will also search the best apps on offer to find relevant data to support our needs and check out how to be more mindful in this busy digital world by determining how much time we spend on our devices.

We will discover shopping apps to make your life easier, explore online payments and where to shop as many online retailers offer competitive prices. We will access those essential apps to book appointments with the GP, make applications, upload documents and discuss app security.
