BS 7533-103:2026 Permeable Modular Pavements

The course covers the essential design considerations of modular pavement construction and the relationship between aesthetics and engineering requirements so it's relevant to both architects and engineers alike. The presentation itself can be concluded within an hour although it can provoke a lot of discussion and questions. The course aims to bring delegates to an essential level of knowledge, embodied in a checklist of critical design considerations, on which we can more easily develop project specific detail as/when/if required.

The CPD provides an overview of the SuDS concept, the continuing need for its adoption in future development and construction. The concept of the permeable pavement, a component of SuDS is then examined in detail within the context of SuDS. The examination extends to the maintenance and longevity of permeable pavements.
