Helping You Navigate Change

This is a very short session for the content it covers and will support the participants to raise awareness on the benefits for using coaching conversations. This also explore the skills required to undertake coaching conversations.

This course is useful for all managers, wellbeing champions and those with similar responsibilities for NHS people to actively engage in an ongoing dialogue with those whom they lead or manage to support the wellbeing of people. This course which lasts up to two hours is designed to give additional skills and techniques to support and guide individuals through these types of conversations, this is guidance and not intended to script you in anyway.

A two-day course that will develop you as a leader, providing you with an opportunity to embrace being a compassionate leader while having the tools to hold people to account where behaviours are not in line with our Trust values. You will explore ways to have challenging conversations and be given frameworks to set you up for success. It is our intention over the course of the 2 days for you to develop your skills and build confidence in how deal with interpersonal conflict and practice how to have mediated conversations.

People Management Essentials a multiple modules course designed for all leaders who have 1 or more direct reports, to understand the core responsibilities of leading people. This is a mandatory suite for existing and new leaders across the organisation and includes topics like performance management, appraisals and supportive absence management.

To train already qualified Qualitative Fit Testers. To Fit Test using the Quantitative Fit Test approach, utilising the TSI 8040 PortaCount and its associated equipment. The training will also extend to new staff whom wish to be trained in delivering both Qualitative & Quantitative approaches of Fit Testing the various forms of FFP3 RPE.
