Foundation to Quality Improvement

Foundation to Quality Improvement (QI) training is designed to enable participants to effectively create healthcare improvements, which are relevant, continuous, and sustainable. We teach the theory underpinning QI as well as its tools such as the three key questions of Model for Improvement, Driver Diagrams, Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles of change, Measures, and Data Interpretation. Health care practitioners as well as those working in other sectors of healthcare will be able to fully understand and analyse how to implement effective, continuous, and sustainable improvements for staff, patients, users, and the community in line with the Trust's strategic priorities.
