Premium Chauffeuring Skills

Throughout this highly interactive 2-day training, we provide drivers from various backgrounds with the knowledge and skills needed to move into a chauffeur role - providing a premium chauffeuring experience to customers. Using context and scenario rich content, we will cover the many facets of professional and premium chauffeuring. Specifically, we will cover standards relating to high end vehicles, safety, chauffeur dress code and demeanour, as well as the behavioural aspects that are fundamental to providing premium service to customers with high expectations of service and privacy.
