Introduction to psychometrics (understanding yourself). This 2 day course provides an understanding of the individual and describes how to recognise and modify their behaviour to improve their impact on the performance of others.

Strategy & business ethics. This 2 day course analyses the key elements of strategy and business ethics.

Change management. This 2 day course provides an understanding and definition of change and how to manage the change process.

Building a winning team. This 2 day course identifies and explores the process which contributes to the development and maintenance of a winning team.

Sustainability leadership. This 2 day course raises awareness of global sustainability trends and identifies barriers and opportunities at a project and business unit level.
