WMF Leadership Retreat

Designed for ambitious early to mid-career professionals who want to reach their full potential as leaders, this program helps participants embark on a personal, yet guided journey towards understanding, identifying and strengthening their leadership skills and potentials. Participants will learn what leadership skills are and how to apply them. By the end of the program, participants will create a leadership growth action plan. The program acts as a launching pad for participants where they will learn about all the tools and techniques that they can use to continue their leadership growth journey after completing the program.
