This hybrid event will explore the future of offices from an Embodied Carbon perspective. Embodied carbon now constitutes a large proportion of the overall carbon footprint of any new office building; and has become more significant as operational carbon levels have reduced. The key-note introduction to the topic will be by Simon Sturgis of Targeting Zero. The panel discussion will include a case study of 3 Chamberlain Square; where MEPC (ex Argent) are delivering a low-carbon office building; with presentations from the architect (FCBS) and engineers (Cundall).
