You will hear how to create a neurodivergent-friendly workplace culture to promote belonging for students; which also supports staff. You will learn how to create a positive learning environment; help students to develop personal resilience and improve self-esteem. Prioritise inclusion; well-being; and support for all students in your school. We will spotlight the impact of neurodivergence on mental health; preventing burnout; and reducing emotional based school avoidance. We will focus on trauma-informed education; and you will learn how to adapt teaching techniques to improve accessibility and outcomes.
