We have been asking our members from across the industries the reasons why they became a CPD provider. This CPD Member case study was provided by LEVRA. For more information, please visit their CPD Member Directory page.
Please provide us with a brief overview of your organisation. What do you do?
LEVRA is transforming how Gen Z develop human skills, equipping them with essential workplace behaviours for success. While businesses invest heavily in technical training, communication, collaboration, and leadership development are often overlooked. This skills gap impacts workplace productivity and efficiency. LEVRA addresses this challenge by preparing young professionals with the capabilities needed to thrive in today’s work environment.
Why did you become a CPD provider?
LEVRA became a CPD provider to ensure our Human Skills training meets the high standards of professional development expected by our clients in law, accountancy, and insurance. CPD accreditation adds credibility, rigour, and formal recognition, reinforcing the value of our training in helping professionals advance their careers.
How did you implement CPD accreditation in your organisation?
We ensured our Human Skills training modules were aligned with CPD standards and met the rigorous learning and development criteria expected by professional services firms. We worked closely with CPD assessors to ensure our programmes were well structured, defined clear learning outcomes, and established measurable impact.
How has CPD helped your organisation achieve its learning objectives?
CPD provides a recognised framework that ensures our content is high-quality, structured, and measurable, making the quality of our content easy for clients to recognise and integrate into their professional development initiatives.
