Please provide us with a brief overview of your organisation. What do you do?

QURECA provides professional services, resources, and training to drive the growth of the global quantum technologies ecosystem. We bring together industry, academia, and government by creating education and training solutions accredited with CPD, delivering tailored workshops, and organising events that foster collaboration and innovation. Through outreach and consulting, we support organisations in navigating the quantum landscape and help make quantum technologies accessible, engaging, and impactful. Our mission is to build a strong, connected, and inclusive quantum community worldwide.

Why did you become a CPD provider?

We became a CPD provider because professional training and lifelong learning are at the heart of our mission. Quantum technologies are advancing rapidly, and it’s essential to give people accessible opportunities to update their skills and knowledge throughout their careers. By becoming an accredited CPD provider, we can ensure that the training we deliver meets recognised quality standards, giving professionals confidence that the time they invest in our courses is officially acknowledged and adds value to their development. For us, it’s about combining credibility with impact — helping individuals grow while building a stronger quantum community worldwide.

How did you implement CPD accreditation in your organisation?

We implemented CPD accreditation by first reviewing our training programmes to make sure they aligned with CPD standards of quality, structure, and measurable outcomes. We then formalised our course design process, with clear objectives, assessments, and feedback built in. After this internal work, we collaborated with The CPD Certification Service to have our courses independently reviewed and accredited. To give participants full confidence, we make it very clear on our website which courses are CPD-accredited, and each accredited course carries the official CPD stamp. On completion, learners also receive a certificate that features the CPD logo, so they can easily evidence their professional development.

How has CPD helped your organisation achieve its learning objectives?

CPD accreditation has helped us achieve our learning objectives by giving our training programmes a recognised framework of quality and consistency. It has pushed us to design courses with clear learning outcomes, structured progression, and measurable impact, which ensures participants gain real value from the experience. At the same time, the CPD recognition adds credibility and trust — learners know their effort counts formally towards their professional development. This has not only strengthened engagement with our courses but also reinforced our mission to provide accessible, high-quality quantum education worldwide.
