The Considerate Constructors Scheme works with the construction industry and the public to raise standards and build trust in construction. We are a not-for-profit, independently managed organisation. To help constructors improve their behaviours, we have created the Code of Considerate Practice which focuses on three key areas: Respecting the community; Caring for the environment; Valuing the workforce. Those registered with us make a commitment to conform to the Code and work to raise their standards above and beyond it.
