National House Building Council are the UK’s leading warranty and insurance provider for new homes. Established in 1936, we set standards for our registered builders and work to help them improve the construction quality of the homes they build. This is ultimately for the benefit of homeowners. We provide inspection services, guidance and training to builders. We engage with the industry, the Government and key stakeholders to help shape housing policy and practice. We provide protection for homeowners through our range of Buildmark warranty products.
