NDPP is a neurodivergent-led organisation working across education, health, and community systems to support sustainable, inclusive change. Our work focuses on how everyday system and design decisions shape access, regulation and engagement, particularly where inclusion, wellbeing and organisational practice intersect. We are interested in the often-invisible conditions that sit between policy and practice and determine whether people can meaningfully participate. NDPP’s work is shaped by the Relational Design Framework (RDF), which draws on neuroscience, relational safety and systems thinking to support environments where learners, families and professionals can function and thrive. We provide consultancy, training and reflective practice focused on Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH), neurodivergent profiles including Autism, ADHD, PDA and Developmental Language Disorder (DLD) and communication and sensory needs.
