The School of Healing & Growth is a training and coaching school which provides professional training for: coaches, consultants, HR and leadership teams, and entrepreneurs on the different forms of trauma and its impact on their employees and clients.We provide high quality designed courses, positive psychology and coaching methods, to help leaders and coaches better understand their staff and clients through an empathetic and trauma informed lens, which in return had a positive impact on their business and life performance. Our school will equip you with specific knowledge on how client and staff trauma negatively impacts productivity, team work, communication, and business and give you strategies to resolve this.
