With over 20 years of experience, we offer a variety of services to help individuals facing mental health issues, including our toolbox service, community workshops, local drop in sessions and workplace mental health training sessions. Mental health affects not just the individual, but also those closest to them. That's why we also provide resources and support for carers, families, and friends of individuals with mental health issues. Our vision is “That everyone achieves independent mental wellbeing through awareness, representation and participation”.
