About the CPD Course

Trainees start with a 3 day classroom-based training, followed by a gap of approx. 4-6 weeks to enable the trainee to apply their knowledge to real business problems, with trainer mentoring support. Final 2 days of training are classroom-based with a final evaluation of the individual's understanding of the skill in the subject matter. We incorporate change management as part of the course, it enhances the delivery of the lean six sigma methodology. The courses are aimed at a Practitioner level. They must present a 100 day plan demonstrating what they aim to achieve as a Black Belt and what are their critical success factors. We incorporate workshop facilitation and change management, it enhances the skills required to be an effective lean six sigma blackbelt. Attendees must have achieved a Greenbelt before attending this course, evidence is required.
