Carbon & economic benefits of zero storage in hot water systems

Seminar

About the CPD Course

This CPD is based on instantaneous water heating approach. Most of the time the efficiency of the heating system is provided by the burning appliance, however energy waste can occur in other parts of the system. In domestic hot water (DHW), water storage can increase considerably the energy consumption of the system. The study shows the savings that can be achieved using instantaneous heating. The study uses the notional building methodology to show the potential savings of instantaneous system.
