Master advanced negotiation tactics such as anchoring, framing, creating win-win scenarios, and dealing with difficult negotiators (and high pressure situations). Similar to the 'Practising Leadership' courses, a POV based title that presents a negotiation situation that the learner can work through e.g. two colleagues have to split up a a high stakes project with tight deadlines. Both have strong opinions, but must come to an agreement to complete the project successfully.
