Please provide us with a brief overview of your organisation. What do you do?
Fearless Youth Association (FYA) is dedicated to empowering young people to become active, responsible, and confident citizens. Our mission is to support youth in refraining from gang violence and knife crime, offering them a sense of belonging, opportunities for personal development, and the skills needed to avoid street violence. We focus on young people who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET), providing a platform for them to come together, learn from their peers, and build a brighter future.
Why did you become a CPD provider?
We became a CPD provider to offer free learning opportunities that empower individuals, regardless of their background, to grow professionally and personally. Our goal is to remove barriers to education and support lifelong learning for all.
How did you implement CPD accreditation in your organisation?
We implemented CPD accreditation by aligning our course content with recognized professional standards and working closely with a CPD certification body.
How has CPD helped your organisation achieve its learning objectives?
CPD has helped us strengthen the quality and credibility of our courses, making them more valuable and impactful for our learners. It’s supported our goal of providing accessible, structured learning that leads to real personal and professional growth.
